so here i sit waiting for the chicken to be done. this is what happens when i forget that im bringing my own food to work. work today was fine. had a little nap after work and actually slept a little too long so i took off to the gym in a hurry.
ive been asking my cousin about more advice with this low carb thing that im doing, because i still feel at times that im craving for sweets so i believe im eating too little fat. so her advice is more butter more cheese more avocado etc. tomorrow im going grocery shopping and this is my shopping list.
